I checked for all prerequisites, they are all there and I also got the SP1 from Windows 7. At first I had IE10, I thought to go back to the first IE that was on that laptop, by deleting it. See if there is anything in de Event Viewer (nothing there) My problem is everytime I try to install IE11 with the seperate download I get the error "Internet Explorer did not finish installing". I'm really desperate at the moment, I've already tried everything I know so far.
