Save your game once you have 200 or so archers, just so you don't have to re-do the setup part every time, then reload that save every time the enemy resigns. The enemy will probably build a few other buildings and soldiers, but your mass of archers will take care of them. Churn out Elite Chu Ko Nu from your castles en mass and direct them to attack the enemy stone walls. Once in game, send one villager to build houses while the rest build a bunch of castles. Note that Arena is the Location, not game mode. Set up a 1v1 as Chinese against Easiest AI, Infinite resources, 500 pop, Post-Imperial age, on a Tiny sized Arena map. This spawns both you and your enemy with stone walls around your base, giving you a perfect target to soak a bunch of arrows into. The best way to do this solo is to make sure to use the Arena map.
